Hierve el Agua.
Literally boil the water in Spanish.
Upwelling springs carrying calcium carbonate deposited over thousands of years create a pretty spectacular set of "petrified waterfalls" east of Oaxaca city.
The water was approximately ambient temperature. There was no boiling of any kind.
Some ancient canals carved by people in the rocks thousands of years ago.
Good place to not be in a zone
